1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ZonaiShare application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our application.

2. Service Description

ZonaiShare is a community application created to share and exchange QR codes for creations made with the "Ultrahand" ability and saved with the "Autobuild" power in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. ZonaiShare is not affiliated with Nintendo or the creators of Zelda, and is an independent project created by fans for fans.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 To use certain features of ZonaiShare, you may need to register and create an account.

3.2 ZonaiShare does not use passwords. You sign in with a single-use code sent to your email address, or with your Google account. You are therefore responsible for keeping access to that email address and that Google account secure, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 ZonaiShare is not directed at children under 13 years of age. By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

3.4 You may delete your account permanently at any time from your account settings.

3.5 We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.

4. Content Guidelines

4.1 By posting content on ZonaiShare, you guarantee that you have the legal right to do so and that such content does not violate the rights of third parties or infringe any applicable law.

4.2 It is prohibited to post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that promotes illegal activities.

4.3 Links and web addresses are not allowed in the descriptions of your creations. Only a creation published with a valid in-game QR code is accepted.

4.4 Content published on ZonaiShare is checked by an automated moderation system before it becomes publicly visible. This system may reject a text, an image, or a collection name without prior human review. If you believe your content was rejected in error, you can contact us at the address in section 10 and we will review the decision.

4.5 If you find content that breaches these guidelines, you can report it from the creation itself. Reports are reviewed and may result in the content being removed or the account being suspended.

4.6 We reserve the right to remove any content that we consider inappropriate or that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The ZonaiShare application, including its design, logos, code and original content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

5.2 By posting content on ZonaiShare, you retain the rights to your content, but you grant ZonaiShare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content in connection with the ZonaiShare service.

5.3 Names, logos, and trademarks related to "The Legend of Zelda" and "Nintendo" are the property of Nintendo Co., Ltd. and are mentioned or used for descriptive purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 ZonaiShare is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2 We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use ZonaiShare.

7. Purchases and Payments

7.1 ZonaiShare may offer paid products or services, such as removing advertising. In the mobile application these purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us: the payment, the refund policy, and the billing support are governed by Google Play's own terms.

7.2 A purchase made in the mobile application is tied to the store account used to make it, and does not necessarily carry over to other platforms.

7.3 Except where processed by a store, all payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7.4 When making a purchase, you guarantee that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

8. Modifications to the Terms

8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the application.

8.2 Continued use of ZonaiShare after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Applicable Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
